Day 01: Nairobi/ Masai Mara
Pick up from your Hotel in Nairobi and meet your group at our departing point in Nairobi, a briefing on your safari is given by your Driver Guide and later leave for the Masai Mara Reserve adventure. First stopover will be at Great Rift valley for the scene viewing of the Escarpment and the valley, later proceed with your safari on your way you will pass by a town known as Narok which is highly populated by the Masai people. After Narok, we proceed with our journey and join the rough road to the Mara Reserve, upon reaching our camp you are given a warm welcome in the African wilderness, Hot Lunch in the jungle and also check in to your semi-permanent tented camps for a bath and relaxing as you wait for your afternoon game drive from 1630hrs you depart for your game drive until 1830hrs, later come back for Dinner and overnight at Mara Miti Mingi Eco Camp. Meal Plan: Lunch, Dinner.
Day 02: Masai Mara Full Day.
Early morning breakfast and leave for your game drive at 0730hrs, this is a full day spent in the wilderness in search of wildlife, therefore you have two options: going camping with a picnic lunch or coming back for lunch. The best option is to spend the whole entire in the bus enjoying game hunting and coming back to the camp in the evening at 1600/1700hrs. You will even have a chance to see the river where great migrations take place, here you will only see the crocodiles.
At Masai mara, we have Extra activities to sweeten your adventure and they are Optional at an extra fee, these are a visit to a local Maasai village at $10 per person or a hot air balloon ride at $450 available Meals and overnight at campsite, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Day 03: Masai Mara /Nairobi.
Early short morning sunrise game drive in this reserve and later back for breakfast & showers, later leave the Masai Mara camp and start our journey back to Nairobi, You will stop on the way as you also have time to shop around for your souvenirs as well as have your lunch. Proceed with your safari arriving in Nairobi at 1500hrs, where your safari ends with a drop off at your Nairobi Hotel or residence / Airport.
Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch.
Lunch time enjoy delicious sea foods at Funzi restaurant in a genuine Swahili house our specialities:- crab, grilled fish, coconut rice and non seafood menus we offer chicken or beef, Vegetarian dishes are also catered for on a request Later return to mainland at 03.00pm with a boat before driving back to your hotel arriving around 04.00pm
You stay in a tent that has a permanent roof, bed, bedding, hot water shower and private toilet all self-contained in the tent.
Tents accommodate 2 people of the same gender or couples, 3 persons traveling together or a single person if you wish to have your own private tent at a small fee.
The camps are located at the Olomutia and Sekanani gates of the Masai Mara National Reserve.
The Vehicle carries 7/8 people all with window seats.
This safari is flexible as it departs every day through out the year.
